Reich-4 are evil clones of the founding members of the original Sentinels created by Nazi geneticist Jerg Kemptner. Their genetic makeup was altered by Kemptner so they have slightly different powers than their progenitors. Believing they are living proof of the Aryan dream, they seek to restore the Fourth Reich as the world government of the 21st century.
