has a very handsome appearance and an athletic build. He has a deep, resonant,
baritone voice as a side effect of his sonic powers. |
| History |
Tantrum
always had an extremely loud voice, even as a child. When he was five, he was
separated from his parents in a crowded department store. Panicking and terrified,
he screamed for help, leveling a sizable portion of the business. The devastation
was blamed on a gas explosion, even though there was no evidence of combustion.
When his voice changed as a teenager, he gained infrasonic (sound that travels
below the threshold of human hearing) megapowers. After high school, he was invited
to attend Golden Gate University in San Francisco, and enrolled under a musical
scholarship. He was then inducted into the Enclave of Evil by Mastery. |
| Personality |
Tantrum
is very immature and vain, especially about his long hair. He is into heavy metal
music and wants to be a famous rock star some day, but lacks the true ambition
to do something with his music. Until the day he is 'discovered,' he is content
to hang out on the beach and surf the waves. |
| Powers |
Tantrum's
infrasonic powers can create a shockwave that travels through the air or ground,
buffeting his foes. His subsonic yell can smash through steel, and he can hold
an infrasonic note that can disintegrate inanimate objects if he finds the correct
frequency, or block physical and energy attacks over a large area that are aimed
at him. He can also direct a sonic blast at the ground that can propel him through
the air for great distances. |
| Skills |
Tantrum
is an adequate guitarist and drummer, but a masterful singer. He is also skilled
in surfing and swimming. |
